Yes, absolutely! Once your project is complete and payment is finalized, you own 100% of the rights to your logo design. This includes full commercial usage rights, rights to modify or adapt the design, rights to trademark the logo, and exclusive ownership. We'll provide a formal copyright transfer document with your final files.

We deliver all designs in multiple formats: High-resolution PDFs (print-ready with bleeds and crop marks), Adobe Illustrator (.AI) source files, EPS files for compatibility, and JPG/PNG files for digital use. All files are optimized for professional printing with proper CMYK color profiles.

Yes! We can handle the entire process from design to delivery. We work with premium local and national printers to ensure the highest quality output. We'll manage the printing, quality control, and can even arrange delivery to your location. Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own printer, we'll provide print-ready files with full specifications.

Absolutely! We specialise in precise colour matching. If you have brand guidelines with Pantone numbers, RGB, or HEX codes, we'll convert them accurately to CMYK for print. Unlimited revisions are included during the design phase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your print design. You can request as many changes as needed to get the design exactly right. Minor tweaks after final approval are also handled at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery.

Yes! If you start with a smaller bundle and decide you need more services, we can upgrade you to a larger bundle. You'll only pay the difference, and any savings from the new bundle will apply. However, downgrading mid-project isn't typically available as work has already been started.

Yes! For bundles over £1,000, we offer flexible payment plans. Typically, this includes 50% deposit to start, 25% at the midpoint milestone, and 25% upon completion. Custom payment arrangements can be discussed during your consultation for larger Enterprise bundles.

Post-launch support includes bug fixes, technical troubleshooting, minor content updates, and answering questions about using your new website or materials. It does NOT include major design changes, new features, or additional pages/materials. For ongoing support beyond the included period, consider our monthly retainer packages.

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied after the first round of designs, we offer a full refund minus any completed work at standard rates. After the first round, refunds aren't available as significant work has been completed.
